All employees and board & committee members, per M.G.L. Ch. 268A are required to take the MASSACHUSETTS CONFLICT OF INTEREST LAW ONLINE TRAINING which consists of:

1. CONFLICT OF INTEREST & ETHICS TRAINING (TO BE TAKEN EVERY 2 YEARS), and also

2. ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST LAW (TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED ANNUALLY)
