To all Foxborough Water Customers that received water shutoff notices due to unpaid bills:
The Water & Sewer Division of the Department of Public Works (DPW) will begin shutting off water services this week. We ask anyone that received a door knocker notice to please contact the DPW at 508-543-1209 ASAP so that we may hopefully avoid any potential undue impacts. If you are unable to pay your bill in full, a payment plan can be established. If you are facing more significant financial hardship, you may be able to qualify for some financial assistance by contacting the Human Services Department at 508-543-7336. Regardless of the reason, we ask that you please reach out the DPW at 508-543-1209 so that we may be aware of your situation. Thank you!
