Board of Health Proposes Kratom Regulation - Hearing December 22, 2025

The Foxborough Board of Health will be holding a public hearing on December 22, 2025 at 7:00pm regarding the promulgation of the Board of Health regulation* titled Restricting the Manufacturing, Sale, and Distribution of Kratom. The public testimony and hearing on this matter will be held within the Andrew A. Gala, Jr. Meeting Room inside Foxborough Town Hall, 40 South Street, Foxborough, MA 02035.
All public comment will be accepted until close of business on Friday, December 19, 2025. You may provide public comment in any of the following ways:
1. In writing and mailed to the Foxborough Health Department, 40 South Street, Foxborough, MA 02035
2. Via email to [email protected]
3. Completing the Restricting the Manufacturing, Sale, and Distribution of Kratom online public comment survey form: https://tinyurl.com/KratomPublicSurvey
