Public Hearing Notice - Restricting the Manufacturing, Sale, and Distribution of Kratom

The Foxborough Board of Health, pursuant to its authority under Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 111, section 31, will hold a public hearing on March 2, 2026, at 7:00pm regarding the promulgation of the Board of Health regulation titled Restricting the Manufacturing, Sale, and Distribution of Kratom.
The public testimony and hearing on this matter will be held within the Andrew A. Gala, Jr. Meeting Room at Foxborough Town Hall, 40 South Street, Foxborough, MA 02035. Please contact the Health Department if you require special accommodations.

Public comment will be accepted until close of business on Friday, February 27, 2026.
