Small storefront businesses in the Town of Foxborough are encouraged to apply to the Small Business Sign and Facade Program. Funded through the Massachusetts Economic Development Bill, this program will reimburse up to $5,000 in eligible expenses for new business signs, window clings, exterior paint, sandwich boards, awnings, or other eligible expenses. • Review applications for work on designated Scenic Roads
