Foxborough Fire Launches Community Connect

We are excited to introduce Community Connect, a free, secure, and user-friendly platform designed to enhance the safety and well-being of Foxborough residents and business owners! By voluntarily sharing critical information about your household or business, you empower our first responders to act more effectively during emergencies.

How Does Community Connect Work?

1. Create an Account: Sign up for free with your email, phone number, and address.

2. Enter Vital Information: Provide details that can assist us during emergencies, such as property specifics, occupant information, and any special needs.

3. Stay Updated: Keep your information current to ensure we are always prepared to assist you effectively.

What Information Can You Provide?

- Your Property: Details like business or residence type, presence of fire sprinklers, and designated meeting places help us make informed decisions during emergencies.

- Your People: Emergency contact information aids in communication and coordination during critical moments.

- Your Needs: Information about mobility challenges or other functional needs enables us to plan and respond swiftly to specific requirements.

- Your Pets: Sharing details and photos of your pets ensures their safety during incidents.

Data Security

Rest assured, the information you provide is used solely for emergency preparedness and response. Community Connect employs bank-level encryption and security measures to protect your data. "Bank-level encryption" means they are using 256-bit encryption that is only available to first Responders logged into the same application that they use to view calls being received from dispatch and inspection data of properties in the community.
