Emergency Alerts are always delivered and may reach everyone in town — you don’t need to sign up for these. These alerts are rare and only used when your safety is at risk. For example, these may be: urgent safety warnings like severe weather, evacuation notices, or public safety emergencies.
Non-Emergency Alerts are optional and provided in the form of opt-in lists. You choose which topics matter to you and can change your preferences anytime!

Foxborough's non-emergency lists are:

Public Safety Alerts: Updates from police or fire about incidents, road closures, or other safety advisories.
Health Alerts: Notices about public health issues and events, such as clinic hours, advisories, or other information.
DPW Alerts: Updates on water service, snow removal, road work, and other infrastructure or public works news.
Community Alerts: Important Town announcements and news like meeting information, upcoming events, service changes, town hall updates, or other reminders.

Managing Your Preferences:

Change preferences: Log into your account at anytime to change your information, what lists you are subscribed to, or how you receive alerts
Opt out anytime: reply “STOP” to non-emergency texts, or log in to update your settings.
Cancel completely: If you move or no longer want alerts, you can remove your account.
