MUNICIPAL LIEN CERTIFICATES:


The cost of a municipal lien certificate is $50.00 per parcel. 

All requests must be submitted by mail or in person.
 
Requests must include the following information: 
  • Date of request

  • Name, address, and phone # of requestor 

  • Map and Parcel of property 

  • Property Address 

  • Current Owner

  • A check and a self-addressed stamped envelope
