Now Accepting Veterans Banner Project Applications

We’re excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for our Veterans Banner Project! If you want to recognize a loved one who has served, this is your chance to honor them with a banner displayed in our community.

Tips for Applying: 

• Application below must be filled in completely and submitted to the Veterans' Department at the Senior Center (75 Central Street, Foxborough)

• A veterans DD214 form must be included with the application. Request Your Military Service Records (including DD214) here.

• Please include $130 donation check made payable to "The Town of Foxborough, Veterans Gift Account" 

• There are a limited number of banners available. All qualified applications will be accepted on a first come first 
  serve basis.

• If your application is accepted, you will be contacted by staff from the Foxborough Veteran Services Department and directed to upload the Honoree’s photo and other information to our program website.

• If your family member is not one of the first banners displayed, you will have the choice of either having the banner displayed the next available date or we can return the donation to your family.
