EPA Aerial Survey Planned in Foxborough
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, in coordination with Massachusetts State Police and Fire Services and the Town of Foxborough, plans to conduct a detailed aerial survey in Foxborough at the beginning of May.
EPA is conducting this work to support agency readiness for upcoming special events in Foxborough and greater Massachusetts.
During the survey, residents may notice a low-flying aircraft following a planned grid pattern. The flight will take place over the Gillette Stadium area and along the railway.
The survey is expected to take one day. The aircraft may operate between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of Foxborough will not incur any fees for this work.
